Our head office is located at Ground Floor Purvi House, Westlands, Nairobi Kenya. This is the office that renders services to all our clients in Kenya and East Africa. We further have global partnerships that help us extend services in West African, South African, Europe, Middle East and Asian Markets. SS&SS partners with over 5 travel agencies throughout, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Through our Global Partners, SS & SS has access to global Hotel Directories which enable us offer our clients specially negotiated, lower-than-corporate rates at fine hotel properties in major cities around the world. These offers are available to clients traveling on either for business or for pleasure.

Exclusives Hotel Programs

In most cases, Kenyan Blue chip companies are directly offered discounted rates by the hotels. SS & SS is further willing to run the booking operations for our clients using the same rates hence enhancing our ‘Single Stop Shop’ policy.

Executive Groups

In most cases our clients require groups of staff to travel to particular meetings or events. SS & SS operates its own groups department from our Head Office. Subject to the size and complexity of the group movement, the client’s nominated travel team will receive personalized assistance throughout the planning and travel period including service recovery with 3rd party service providers (Hotels/Airlines).

Business Conferences logistics service (Meetings, conferences, events and incentives) are managed by our SS & SS Executive Groups department to ensure that a high degree of professionalism and expertise is delivered. Since inception SS & SS Executive Groups has built a solid reputation for tailoring client specific projects which range in size from twelve attendees in a board room environment to over 2,000 delegates at an overseas international conference.

Car Hire/ Rental Solutions

SS & SS offers chauffeured ground transportation both in Kenya and Internationally. Through our Hotel and Holiday’s team, SS & SS has developed a worldwide network to bring clients the highest quality service possible in ground transportation.

SS & SS uses the following vehicles in our chauffeur services; sedans, Executive VIP Mercedes/BMW’s, vans, minibuses, and motor coaches to provide service for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, corporate transfers, inter-office transfers, business and association meetings, conventions, road shows, promotional tours, and special events. Visa Management

At the time of air ticket quotations, SS & SS will proactively flag any visa requirements to our clients, taking on the ownership and responsibility for this process. SS & SS constantly checks with various Embassies in order to be updated on visa requirements and processing solutions.

Virginia is the force behind our captivating Holiday packages and has a strong background in the field having worked with major industry players in Kenya among them, CTM – Corporate Travel Management as a Tours Manager, FCm Travel Solutions (Charleston Travel Ltd) as a Senior Tours Consultant, Exotic Expeditions Ltd as a Reservations Manager and Bridges Car Rental.

She holds a Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management from Nairobi Aviation College. Her persona makes her a professional whom clients like to entrust their holiday plans with and on this she has not disappointed any over the years. She is an all rounded Travel Expert with in-depth knowledge in Gulliver’s Travel Association and Amadeus booking platforms.

Her wealth of experience has enabled her to rise through the ranks to become a respectable figure in the Kenyan Travel Industry.
