This can been undertaken during your second or third day in Maasai Mara. Kindly find here below a brief itinerary:
Pick up from your lodge at 05. 30 Hrs and your will be transferred to the launching grounds. Embark on a 1-hour ride over the Maasai Mara National Park to enjoy magnificent birds’ eye view of the wild game in this reserve. The mighty Mara remains one of Kenya’s best loved reserves habouring miles of wide savannah, rolling hills and riverine forest with huge grazing herds, bountiful birdlife and one of Africa’s largest population of lions.
After an hour of awe-inspiring views, you will land to the welcome of a sumptious champagne breakfast in the wild.
Thereafter, you will be transferred to your camp, game drive enroute. End of Balloon Safari

You will be picked up and start your journey through the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve. Enjoy a game drive enroute to the lodge and arrive in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive. The Maasai Mara is arguably Kenya’s most popular game reserve. It is most famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film “Out of Africa” was made to a great extend in this sanctuary. There is a profusion of all types of wildlife including the big five. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeests, zebras, and the gazelles from the Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara river to reach Maasai Mara grazing fields from late June. Continue with your journey this morning as you drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a shallow alkaline lake that is world-renowned for its huge concentration of flamingos; at times, hundreds of thousands of these birds give the lake a pink shimmering glow. The park boasts a huge variety of animals, including leopard which is often found snoozing on the branches of the magnificent yellow-barked acacias, lion, buffalo, hippo, waterbuck, warthog, baboon, the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe only found in this park in Kenya, white rhino and the rare black rhino which is protected and guarded here. After breakfast, bid farewell to Lake Nakuru National Park and depart to Aberdare ational Park. Picturesque, steep forested ravines and open moorland characterise the Aberdare National Park. The park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker. Visitors can indulge in picnics, trout fishing in the rivers and camping in the moorlands. Bird viewing is rewarding, with over 250 species of birds in the park, including the Jackson’s Francolin, Sparrow hawks, goshawks, eagles, sunbirds and plovers. After breakfast at the Ark, bid farewell to the Aberdare as you set on your journey back to Nairobi. You will arrive in Kenya’s bustling capital city Nairobi in the early afternoon where you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your departure flight back home.
